Free Yoga and Healthy Eating Sessions
Come along to our new yoga and healthy eating sessions starting on Monday the 3rd of October. You can get some nutritional advice from 10am-11am, take part in a free yoga session from 11am-12pm and prepare and share a healthy meal together from 12pm-1pm. You can drop into any part of this session that interests you.
This is open to anyone that would like to improve their mental health by getting active and is suitable for all abilities, including beginners.
