Mindfulness & Milkshakes: 8-week mindfulness course

A brand new 8-week mindfulness course at the gorgeous, cosy Willow's Shake Shop in Abingdon. 
In a small supportive group, hands wrapped around a scrummy Willow's shake or cuppa, we'll learn the art of mindfulness over 8 weeks: meditation and coping techniques to find your inner calm and resilience for a lighter, healthier mind.

Combining philosophy and science from the MBCT, MBSR and kindfulness schools, this is a blended approach to mindfulness offering a truly unique transformative experience for every group.

Wednesdays 6:30pm to 8pm, weekly 19th Sept-7th Nov
