Please see below an update from Vale of White Horse District Council regarding Waste Collections: Your recycling and waste collections Update waste collections week commencing 4 February 2019 The snow last Friday (1 February) caused unsafe driving conditions for our waste trucks so we decided to cancel our waste collections  on that day. We will begin catching up on Monday 4 February. Unfortunately this will have a knock-on effect on collections for the rest of the week.  Our advice is that if your bins aren't emptied on your scheduled collection day, please leave them out for three days... more

Please see message from The Vale of White Horse District Council regarding Bin collection: Bin collections affected by adverse weather Released on February 1, 2019  Update 1 February 2019 - waste collections The overnight snow has caused unsafe driving conditions for our waste trucks so we have decided to cancel our waste collections today. This is for the safety of other road users, pedestrians and our waste crews.
