Abingdon Visitor and Community Information Centre

Abingdon-on-Thames Visitor and Community Information Centre has moved this season 2018 from its long-term location on Bridge Street to be in the County Hall Museum alongside the museum café, There is disability and wheelchair access, request by intercom. Postcode for SATNAVs is OX14 3HU for the front of the building and to ask about using the lift to the basement. Stairs to Information and to the MouseHole café lead down from the East St Helen Street side of the building.

Our desk staff at the Centre can provide you with information about travel, things to do and places to stay, eat and drink in and around the town. They can provide information about Town Council services, town events and town council meetings. 

During periods when Town Council offices are closed, in the case of emergencies only you may call the Vale of White Horse District Council out of hours number, 01235 524886. However please note that this number should only be called in an emergency.

Normal Opening Hours

Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 3.00pm
