The Council has a budget of £18,000 available for grants for the financial year commencing 1st April 2017 and applications may now be made for funding. The grant application form may be downloaded by clicking on the documents at the bottom of this page. You need to complete both parts 1 and 2 of the form.
Grant applications are considered by the Community Services Committee at its meetings, which take place four times each year. Meeting dates for 2017/18 have yet to be agreed. However there will be a meeting in May/ June 2017 and the deadline for applications for that meeting is Tuesday 9th May 2017.

Grants available from other town and parish councils: Grants awarded by the Abingdon-on-Thames Town Council must benefit the town or its residents. If your project benefits the town and/ or its residents but also benefits other parishes or people from outside of Abingdon then you may also wish to apply for grant funds from other parishes. Not all parishes have funds available and, like Abingdon-on-Thames Town Council, they will need to see that your project benefits the parish and/ or its residents.
