Sports Clubs

There are clubs in the town involved in sports of all kinds. Most offer a variety of levels at which you can engage, and encourage learners and new members to join them and to have a go.

If your club or society is not listed below and you think it ought to be please send an entry to or call in to the Information Centre on a Saturday to give us the details that should be on there. Any open day or evening open to non-members you are welcome to post on the Calendar which runs through this year into next. This needs a photograph to upload.

The County directory. District Leisure and Get Oxfordshire Active widen the range and includes activities in local villages and towns.

For health, environment, safety AbiBike is a group which you can join to campaign for better cycling facilities and services in Abingdon-on-Thames. Schools, businesses and residents can get involved.
