Complaints Procedure

Code of practice for handling complaints

The council sets standards for the delivery of its services and facilities. If you are concerned that a service is failing to reach an acceptable standard this can usually be addressed by calling 01235 522642 or emailing - duty staff will endeavour to put you in touch with the right person for the service you wish to discuss. 

However, if you believe your complaint has not been addressed properly, the council has a complaints procedure, available to download at the bottom of this page.
